The Brief + the Service
The service operates by an initial consideration of Practice and Partner details, history and aims in order to create a broad initial brief.
The service can then start rapidly to provide the Practice with a weekly list of projects for which the Practice may apply.
The brief can be adjusted over time to give greater precision and to allow for changes in the Practice aims.
Advice
Richard Haut is available for general back-up advice as required.
This can include how the Practice may approach the inclusion of project-applications within the Practice to minimize disruption within working-time and to maximize the use of resources.
Uniqueness
Richard Haut's services are, and have always been unique in being undertaken entirely manually - including translations. This enables the finding of unusual projects and has resulted in success for many firms.
Types of projects
The range of projects can be spectacular - Memorials, Works of Art, Visitors’ Centres, Museums, Galleries, Historials, and sometimes comparatively ordinary projects within notable locations. Housing, education, transportation, mixed-use, commercial, urban design, landscape, interiors - the full-range of project types, scales and disciplines are considered.
Subscription
The service operates as a subscription for agreed-periods
Practices are welcome to join the service monthly, or month-by-month, or for longer periods (for which reductions apply).
